A bit of a refresh...

New branding, new logo, new-ish name

As some of you might have noticed, I took a longer-than-expected break from Substack over the past month. I’ve been in the weeds establishing my new channel on YouTube, formulating and dreaming all that Fireside Fables can be.

During that time away, I was able to gain some perspective on how to give this website a refresh. The original name for Crossroads was The Crossroads Gazette, and while I’ve always loved that title, I’ve come to realize that “Gazette” doesn’t properly fit the function of this newsletter. Ultimately, Crossroads is my space to share my essays and keep readers apprised of any news related to my projects.

Henceforth, the new title will be Crossroads by Nicole Miras, and the new link is crossroads.nicolemiras.com, which is connected to my website. Shortly after sending this off, I’ll be changing the Substack email address.
